House Goblin helps you organize home information and provides general, AI-assisted guidance about home maintenance.
The Service provides information only. It is not a substitute for professional advice, inspection, or services (including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, fire safety, or code compliance). You are responsible for what you choose to do based on the Service.
Safety notice. If you smell gas, see smoke, suspect carbon monoxide, have electrical arcing, or face any other urgent hazard, stop and contact emergency services or a qualified professional. Do not rely on the Service for emergency guidance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access links or credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others.

If you purchase a paid plan, billing is handled through our payment provider. Prices and features may change with notice.
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain access through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at purchase.
Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
